1. About this policy
This policy describes how the Sukūn application and the sukun.care website handle personal data.
Sukūn is published by One Ace SAS, a French société par actions simplifiée à associé unique (single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 979 062 452, with its registered office at 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France.
2. General principle
Sukūn is designed to collect no personal data. The application runs entirely on your device and communicates with no server belonging to the publisher — there is none.
3. Data processed in the application
The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to the publisher:
- Your preferences (language, handedness, palette, haptic feedback)
- The progress of your current dhikr
- Your usage history of the adhkâr (favourites, frequency of use)
- The date of your first use (for the gentle, deferred support reminder)
To delete this data: uninstall the application, or use your device’s system settings to clear the application’s data.
4. Financial contributions (opt-in)
If you choose to support Sukūn financially via the “Support” screen of the application or via this website, you are redirected to Stripe, our payment provider.
The data you provide to Stripe (card details, billing address) is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy
Sukūn and One Ace SAS neither collect nor store any payment information. We only receive, via Stripe, the amount and date of the contribution, without identifying data.
5. Sharing and native features
The Sukūn application lets you share the app’s link via the system “Share” function. When you use it, your operating system (Android or iOS) handles the sharing. Sukūn collects no information about this.
6. The sukun.care website
The sukun.care website uses:
- No tracking cookies
- No analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel)
- No advertising
Only strictly technical cookies (WordPress session management, display language) may be set. They serve neither to identify nor to track you.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights over your personal data: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection.
Since Sukūn collects no personal data about you, these rights are exercised essentially by deleting the data stored locally on your device. For any specific question or request, you may contact us at the address indicated below.
8. Minors
Sukūn is intended for an audience of all ages. The application collects no data, including that of minors.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document. No substantial change will be made without prior notice to users where applicable.
